EquipPC's Monitor policy

We do not sell monitors for two reasons.

First, many other small shops do not advertise their systems with monitors. Listing our price with a monitor would give the impression that our systems were more costly than our competition's

Second, we believe the most personal part of a computer is the monitor. That is what you see when you use the system. We believe there is no substitute for going to a store and seeing for yourself the picture quality of a monitor before you buy. Purchasing a cheap, pre-packaged monitor without trying it can lead to eye strain and disappointment. You can find great deals in your local paper's Sunday flyer and try it out before buying.

Further, when buying an LCD monitor it is common (expected) that some pixels (small colored dots on screen)will be defective. Manufactures and resellers vary in how many bad pixels warrant an exchange. For instance, the store I purchase from has the following policy....

"Replacement or Refund for 8 or more DEAD PIXELS ONLY!"
